Ella’s journey in hair began at just 13, stepping into salon life before officially commencing her apprenticeship at 16. Committed to mastering her craft, she travelled over two hours each day to and from work for years to receive the highest level of training and work alongside industry-leading hairdressers — a dedication that shaped the precision and work ethic she is known for today.

By 20, she had become a colour specialist and salon educator. At 24, after building a sought-after reputation, she began working from home, with multiple weddings booked each week and fully booked columns for precision cuts, advanced colour, permanent extensions, and complete transformations.

While her work has extended to editorial campaigns, high-profile events, runway shows, and celebrity styling, Ella’s greatest fulfilment has always been serving her community — creating timeless looks for life’s most meaningful moments and educating the next generation of stylists.

Her artistry has since taken her abroad, styling 25 destination weddings across Italy, Spain, Greece, and France for both Australian and international clients.

Between the ages of 26 and 36, Ella devoted herself to education, hosting large-scale and intimate masterclasses, weekly courses, and transformative mentorship programs. She has empowered hundreds of hairstylists with the skills and confidence to create flawless, long-lasting styles.

With over 23 years in the industry, one thing has remained constant: her commitment to quality. What has evolved is her deeper connection to the impact of her work. For Ella, hair is more than a service — it is about confidence, empowerment, and helping women feel their most beautiful in the moments that matter most.

Although she once dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, it was hair that chose her. What began as opportunity became mastery — and ultimately, a calling.
